No. IKA VISION does not directly provide assignments: you remain responsible for finding and selecting your clients, while we handle all administrative matters and provide ongoing support.
Can I sign up if I’m a junior or just starting out?
Yes. We typically collaborate with freelancers whose daily rate is at least €250.
That said, if you are at the beginning of your career but already charge at this level (e.g., due to a rare or in-demand expertise), please contact us. Each profile is assessed individually.
What type of contract will I have?
You will sign a permanent employment contract (CDI) with IKA VISION, giving you access to health insurance, unemployment benefits, and pension contributions.
Do I need to set up a SASU or an EURL?
No, quite the opposite. You focus on your assignments, and we handle the rest — legal framework, payroll, tax filings, and administrative procedures
